Pitcher/Catcher Camp

The Pitching/Catching/Defense Camp is open to boys, in grades 6th-12th (ages 12-18).

Pitchers will be taken through progressions of movement prep, throwing drills, pitch design, and bull pen work.

We aim to build skills that will translate to games and serve you from the beginning of the season to the end.

Arm care will be presented to enhance the health of your arm. Trackman and Qualisys will be used to give you an analytical assessment.

• Camp will begin at 9:00am and end at 1pm.
• Check-in runs from 8:30 AM-9:00 AM.
